Snow.
Here are a few of our favorite fat bike rides on snow. From beginner rides to hard core lung busters, one of these should be good for you no matter what your skill level or experience on a fat bike. You can also link many of them together for extra fun. For the time being, we are only allowed to ride on un-groomed trails and roads. Please don’t poach groomed trails as it could ruin our efforts with the USFS.
- **Note: More so than with dirt riding, snow conditions vary tremendously, and will affect all of these rides. Recent snowfall, temperature, snowmobile usage, time of year, etc. are ever-changing. We try to notate these factors in our ride reports, but if you’re unsure about current riding conditions, please contact us. As a rule of thumb, riding in the morning is better (firmer snow), especially with temps that hit the 30’s – 40’s by mid-day.
