  2. Buttermilk Country Loop

    This 17.8-mile loop ride is named for the prized buttermilk make at a dairy that operated here during the late 1800s. Just as buttermilk enhances the taste of whatever ingredients it touches, this loop has a way of making the already spectacular surroundings that much more delicious. A long but moderate ride through beautiful sub-alpine country where picturesque views are revealed one after another. Scenery includes waterfalls, Sierra Nevadas, gnarled foothills, and abundant wildlife.
    This one is on the list for fall early winter
